Popsicles

YUMMY!

Addie has a new love...popsicles! GG gave her a popsicle set for her birthday, and I made a couple out of yogurt juice. She was being really fussy last week when her molars were coming in, so I thought she might enjoy something really cold. Well, I was terribly wrong. It actually made her cry even more. I guess the coldness of the popsicle was so new to her that it upset her even more. I probably picked a bad time to introduce something new too. A few days later, at a play date, she tried another kind of icy pop and screamed at me then too. I had just given up hope on any kind of icy treat until today. I was taking something out of the freezer and Addie spotted the last of the yogurt popsicles that I made. She pointed to it and babbled something. I asked her if she wanted it and took it out for her. I let her touch it and I showed her how to lick it. She was sold after 1 lick.
