As soon as we got back from our vacation we celebrated Addie's baptism. It all went by so fast, and it was such a wonderful day to celebrate. After church we went home to let Addie take a nap, and she woke up so happy. When we went back to the church, another mass was letting out just as we got there. Addie had so much fun just running around and greeting people. She was so cute in her little dress, and had no problem showing off for everyone. Even Father Jack commented on how ready she was for her baptism. She seemed to enjoy the ceremony; she just wasn't too sure about the water being poured on her head. She held onto me really tight, but she did fine. She was very calm and seemed to really enjoy the oils Father Jack put on her chest and head. Afterwards, we all walked to the altar and Jonathan and I received parent blessings which was really nice. Then we were off to enjoy some yummy food at Ippolito's. Thank you everyone for sharing such a wonderful day with us!
